We process data only to deliver the interactive storytelling Service: generate responses, save sessions, provide support, fight abuse.
Encryption in transit and at rest where applicable; limited access by authorized personnel for support and abuse mitigation.
We may scan prompts/outputs only to enforce the Content Policy, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with law. We do not host or promote sexually explicit content or nudity, including AI-generated material.
Stripe processes payments. Other providers may be used only as needed to operate the Service. We do not sell personal data.
We retain data for the minimum time necessary. You can request deletion via privacy@artemisaexperience.com.
Access, rectification, deletion, portability, and objection where applicable.
