Artemisa Experience ("we", "our") provides a Software-as-a-Service platform for interactive storytelling and creative roleplay. The Service is for entertainment and creative purposes only; we do not host or promote sexually explicit content or nudity and do not sell adult or sexual services.
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. We may require age verification for certain features.
Stripe processes payments on our behalf. Charges are for software features, including subscriptions and credit packs, not for access to sexual content or services. Taxes may apply per your jurisdiction.
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. For technical issues, such as credits not delivered, contact billing@artemisaexperience.com within 14 days; we will re-credit or make reasonable adjustments.
You agree to comply with our Content Policy / Acceptable Use. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund where legally permitted.
You retain ownership of your stories. You grant us a limited, revocable license to process content only to provide the Service, including generating responses, saving sessions and fighting abuse.
See our Privacy Policy. We apply strong security protections and do not sell personal data.
We may update features or policies. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Content Policy.
